Wasn't expecting much wind today, but it filled in around 11am so I headed over to try some kit... The guy with the Tabou boards wasn't too keen to let me out on one of the Manta's, despite the fact that I was actually thinking of getting one because he thought it was 'too fragile for the rough conditions!'. As far as I was concerned it was dead flat water, light winds and therfore perfect conditions. But he didn't seem keen to let me loose on it so I went out on a Tabou Rocket 61 (105 ltrs) with a 6.5m sail. I was nicely powered up and had a pleasant hour or so cruising around in the sunshine..

I was a little surporsed at one stage to see one guy out sailing completely naked, but he seemed to be enjoying himself, so who was I to stop him. I did later find out that he got himself a free Severne sail for his troubles!
